No idea why there isnt a cool MMO where you play as a Dragon, Griffin, Centaur, Vampire, Chimera, Hill Giant, ect ect... I mean there literally isnt a REAL rpg game where you choose Dragon as your race - like Spiro for PS1 is as close as it gets

yup the numbers could be hardcoded and the stats meaningless lol and as long as ppl felt like they progressed it would be way more interesting to have a good world to explore

Then there is an mmo called Furcadia one of the oldest. Right hand to god the only reason I'm aware of this mmo is over my life I've searched for mmorpgs a LOT. This one sometimes pops up in lists. I have never played it, ever.

i just like the abstraction of the game world away from irl shit, its probably one reason wow is so successful

because it's so practically inane and comical

it makes creepy evil shit story telling palatable, like about kael'thas, and sylvanus

also all those blood elf exmogs and dreanei

but really the focus shouldnt be on adult stuff and killing it should be world exploration (pretty skyboxes and sunsets and beaches)>lore>factions (some u can't join or repair based on *CHOICES*)>crafting>dungeon delving>fashionquest
