I was going through an old CD I had burned years ago looking for something else and came across this (see attached) which I must have received from Sony not long after the Velious release. It contains a lot of good information that the P99 developers will be interested in when they get around to working on Velious (a long way off I know)

There are details of various changes and patches such as the following example:

Corpse Dragging in Velious

Due to the importance of faction within Velious, we wanted to avoid a situation where a group could die in an area, and then easily bring in someone with good faction to drag all of the corpses out without consequence or risk. As such, there are some zones in Velious where dragging a corpse is considered “assisting the enemy” by the inhabitants of the area. They will react accordingly.
