I have to say, doing anything in Kael has been a huge PITA so far. I was really hoping to do some farming in there at some point but it looks like that may be impossible for a long, long time.

I think no rules, complete FFA on every spawn in game would be ideal. Free market is the way to go.

There will be roughly 20 Vindis a week +1/-1 one.

That's over 1,000 Vindi kills in a year. At some point guilds are no longer going to need the mob.

It might be a mess right now, but it will settle down as guilds get more kills, their desire to continue to kill him will go down based on the lack of need, thus opening the door for others.
