Most people would save far more than $9000/yr if healthcare and higher education was virtually free. But it isn't just about that. Its also about workers rights. We work much longer hours in the United States for about the same money as other advanced democracies, and have no recourse over arbitrary firing. Our unemployment sucks. Don't have kids if you want to remain comfortable.

We don't do anything to address poverty in this country. I'm not claiming Clinton will, but Trump sure as hell wont either. We don't train those with no skills like they do in other countries. While this is a long term investment -- it pays in dividends eventually when people that are frying burgers at 35 start are skilled workers instead.

As hard as it is to believe with our corporate media telling you what "economists say" about things like the minimum wage, when the bottom rises it stimulates demand and create more jobs. It's far more efficient to transfer money to segments that blow a 100% of their income than those that save 20 -- 40% of it. Not to mention it changes the products and services in society to be more geared toward the middle and less geared toward catching a few riches.

But all that being said. If your a very comfortable single guy that thinks Trump is good for your situation -- knock yourself out. I just get annoyed when Joe the plummer tells us were killing him in his fake 250k/yr businesses. There's a really problem in this country people that make 37k a year identifying with those that make far more. It's hard to admit you are not self motivated and talented enough to be in the top 20%. But its true for 80% of us.
