I can't attack, etc. anymore...wtf?

Over the past two days, I have been unable to consistently attack mobs with the "autoattack" hot button, "kick", etc. All of the other abilities/hotbuttons seem to work, and it does not appear to be lag related, as I have been in multiple locations and used multiple computers, and it only seems to affect one of them (using vert UI), as well as I have restarted my computer 4 times over the past 3 days, been in 3 different cities and the problem is exactly the some, so I don't think its isp related. It also seems to affect the target box on occasion not showing the proper health of the player or mob.
