Stating your problem, and the solution, is a way better experience than deleting it all; others in the future may have the same problem and want to see how you fixed it.

Long story short on the problem, all my triggers were working except one, playing a custom sound when receiving a tell. I have multiple characters enabled in GINA. If you select one of their names you can enable / disable entire groups, single triggers, etc on the right via checkbox. It seems I had the tell trigger unchecked somehow, which means it was disabled. This problem could carry out through any type of trigger for an individual character or across them all. So if you are 100% sure your trigger should be firing off, check to make sure it's enabled by GINA first. | |||
