Cooking molds in Neriak?

Am I reading this right or are there no NPCs who sell these? Was following the blacksmith guide but there's nobody in the city listed who sells scaler molds.

Scalers are kinda optional anyway. They're the best, but not the only way to get to 41.

You can make Studs or Steel Boning (for tailoring) to 41, Sheet Metal to 56, or Cookie Cutters to 56.

Problem is that Studs eat 3 metal bits not 1, and Steel Boning requires a Brick of Ore, not a Piece of Ore, so isn't as cheap. Both stack, and if you're doing tailoring (or know a tailor) you'll want a pile of these. I might consider buying a few stacks of boning on Green just to save myself the time of making it, fwiw.

Metal Sheets don't stack on Green (comes later; they do on Blue), although to be fair if you aren't in a city that can purchase them (I think you can in Neriak) it's how you'll make banded.
