what are the spawn points in KC when trying to farm tstaff?

skellys on the main ground floor, well room area (off lcy), and the prison near hands/bg. i'm not positive, but don't think i've ever seen one of the skellys are the parapet be a warlord. never seen one in basement.

Maybe I am crazy, well I guess I am lol, but I think the drop rate has really dropped on them in the last year. I have seen hardly any drop myself, and see very few for sale in the Tunnel??[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I've almost certain I've seen warlord in the parapet.

I've seen skeletal captains spawn on the parapets, but never a warlord.
