Wizard snare kiting with Jboots + Rod of Temperate Flux can be fun. Wizard spams aggro, snares mobs, monk chases and DPS's. Not really viable until higher levels though.

Cleric is better with the monk at low level's (less than level 50ish)
Shaman is better 50ish +

if the cleric has a CH bp, then cleric all the way.
