Iksar shackles

On live I did the shackles and whistling fists quests. I was recently told those are not available on p99. Is that true, and if so, how far do they go? Defective info is hard to find on the wiki. Thanks y’all!

As far as I know the whistling fists quests are broken but you can do up to the shackle of steel on p99. https://wiki.project1999.com/Monk_Shackle_Quests
