The thing is most places in the world/bathrooms locker rooms are pretty safe and there are a very few instances of crazies acting out on both sides, misidentifying themselves as label XYZ.

Needless to say we don't need mob rule, or tyranical mad firegiant rule on the world. It's been shown time and again "mostly free" systems work the best for awhile until the shit that's broken is abused/exploited by human nature and "refreshed" from time to time.
