This same glitch also affects Ivandyr's Hoop (Unsure how many charges are floating around), Wooly Spider Silk Net (255 charges), and Ring of Shadow (255 charges). I have seen all of these myself

Cant believe people weren't banned for abusing that. If you didn't get a bunch of resists, you could almost nuke down Drusella and most other mobs in the game as fast as you could press a hotkey 255 times just using one of those.
