Im assuming when you say zone in, you mean INSIDE the zone? As people have been camping outside at the portal for awhile now.

If you mean inside the zone, id like some clarification too.

u can bind in PoF

u cant bind in Poh

unless they changed binding in Fear...

I remember someone on live that bound in fear and went in a death loop. Not sure if it works in P99.
