Default Wheel of Fortune RAGE

When watching wheel of fortune occasionally I realized that whenever a puzzle is solved they say the answer in the same rhythm or cadence, if you will. Are they told to do this? What benefit does it give the show? This triggers me, and I’m generally laid back. Am I alone here?

Also Vanna is 4/10 Stars, even taking age into account. That being said, my “would I” threshold is 1/10.

They're probably told to read out each word loudly and clearly, so they don't fuck up.

Like the lady on Monday, she fucked up by adding "AND" in between words and disqualified herself from the win. Maybe if she had taken her goddamn time like she was told to do, she'd have $3k more than she has right now.

I know this because WoF is on before The Bachelor (see other thread.)

They're proly coached a bit for easy continuity. I know they choose the wackiest potebtial contestants to play. How long has that show been going? Vana doesn't turn the letter anymore, does she?

Yeah I assumed they do it that way to make sure there is no mistaking what is being said, but it’s stilk aggravating.

And no, Vanna doesn’t turn the letters anymore; they light up and she taps them to get the letter to appear. WOF is technologically advanced

I guess I’m old (34). I just see wheel because Jeopardy is on after it and Jeopardy is hot fire.

Also wheel could get a boost from replacing Vanna with a younger smoke show by there is no way to do it tactfully. Someone should just plant some drugs in her purse
