Public RMT Executions

A while back I saw a video of Braknar blasting a guy for RMT'ing. It was great.

A little bit ago, he just blasted someone in EC for RMT'ing. (I missed it dammit)

Suggestion!

Start summoning people who RMT to the tunnel in EC and executing them. It would be comedy gold!

I'd like to dynamically spawn a throne in the EC tunnel and have a steady line of cheater_01, cheater_02, etc walk before me, kneel and be executed by the Tribunal using a 2-handed attack animation.
