Coldain Missionary not dropping books

I did this camp on beta for a few days, got a dozen books at the loremaster coldain camp.

Tried for two days at the camp closest to the prison, the one with the single missionary spawn, in about 40 kills haven't gotten a single book.

These should drop the books at a low %. And that % is the same from beta.

Coldain missionary books made my Velious list.

You're better off spending that time to level to 60 and just kill the quest givers for those items.
