Siren Song, Dagger of the Sea
Currently, Song of the Deep Seas is only an 18 second proc. It's listed as 2.5min on the wiki. Perhaps there's a difference in buff timer between Siren Song and Nature's Melody? Most of the links I've found on Zam don't even list a buff duration.

I don't know if the absence of proof will qualify as proof, but with Google searches all I can yield is a proc that is 2.5minutes in length. Not a single instance of an 18s buff?

It is 18 seconds in the classic spell file. From Zam, it appears to have been modified around September 29, 2001. Should also check if it is procing on your group or just yourself. Lucy doesn't identify a modification to the spell duration in the history, so it likely occurred at some point between April 2001 (Velious spell file data) and March 2002 (initial entry on Lucy).
Cross reference for Nature's Melody bug report, which has the same proc for the life of our server. SPDat from December 8, 2001 Quote:

It definitely procs on full group. I was dueling group members to test the proc, most assuredly a group 18 second buff at the moment. This essentially renders this particular item pretty useless, even more dead in the water once epic modifies from offhand. Will, link all the other stuff I found, headed to bed.

I would like to have came here with good evidence that it was changed earlier since I was awarded this dagger as well. After doing some looking around this is what I found:
