Banded armor?
New to p99 and the green server. Found it on YouTube and thought I would give it a go. Starting with a troll shaman . Read where a guy use to give banded armor for free but figure that too good to be true so thought I would ask here instead of run from Grobb to EC. How much does a set run? And what's the best way to get a set? Farm bone chips? Thanks

Usually someone can make you a set for around 90pp or so (give or take)
To make that plat bone chips is definitely one strategy. If you're leveling around EC you can probably pick up some deathfist belts and sell those (people buy them sometimes to turn in for XP).

Keep any HQ bear pelts you find too, they sell well <3

Thanks for the heads up. 90pp seems like a lot..I left grobb to kill near oggok. I felt like there were more mobs near oggok so I made a little journey. Plan to do EC in a few lvls.

Save crushbone belts. Crushbone is the party capital of the world though so its not always easy to get in.

You’ll make like 4 score belts doing 4-7 on orc hill. You can break camps or kill high cons by training to guards.

yea i'm playing it up a bit. Its easy to get in if your a caster. Any caster. (Caster+druids/shamans) If you are melee/tank you may get a pity invite. People only constantly reject bad geared melee around 30-40.
I've never rejected a poorly equipped melee but I've heard the side effects of such.
