Sitting, sucks as an enchanter because you don't even have to do that once to stay at full mana.

You could try jousting your eye. You would need to factor in the cast time though.

Does slowing yourself increase your chance of proc on your fewer swings per min on p99?

How many swings per min is max enchanter slow + 52 delay I wonder? I am bad at that type of math.

It does I believe. So the strat would be:

1. Slow yourself, get dex gear too maybe.
2. Bind Wound yourself up to 50% with Embalmers Skinning Knife.
3. Sit on server tick.
4. Stand, cast eye.
5. Sit on server tick.
6. Stand, try to hit eye.
7. Sit on server tick.

Rinse and repeat until full HP. Would be a lot of effort, like canni dancing, but that would be the fastest way to regenerate, other than a Zheart.

Wouldn't the zheart be the budget option compared to holgresh beads?

For "gated out at no health", I just put it together that if you have a firepot bind you can use a squad ring like in Castle 2.0's video. https://streamable.com/hzj1qj

n.b. if you have to go halfling form and maybe use collaboration to get the faction for the ring you will end up threatening to the rivervale guards in high elf form.
