Default Noble Allocation Agreement - suggestions?

How do we share the nobles among guilds now that the Sky Rotation no longer really applies? As noted, YDYN no longer a great methodology.

I suggest a rotation of the guilds signatory to the OoA agreement. Rotation order can set by ran 100 for each guild following a new set of OoAs. 30 mins to engage or you lose your OoA and the mob is FTE (doesn't count towards your allocation if you kill a FTE OoA). Each guild responsible for posting the ToD in these forums.

Would appreciate if guilds helped each other out and gave each other some consideration - ie, post if you don't want the Noble, so the next guild can kill it, and you drop to the bottom of the list once passing. Also, can give other guilds a heads up if you want too - fosters better relations imo.

Other suggestions?

Edit: Gateway mob for getting on the Noble Rotation could be killing an OoA. Once a guild demonstrates that ability they can sign on to the OoA and Noble agreement?
