If this is in reference to the current meta in Kael, AG/F didnt ask for the removal of CotH racing. AG is actually still in favor of it, but its been killed by staff

sure, no reason to push Mario Kart though, can easily make it an actual Everquest encounter, where you kill it in its lair, like Zlandi or whatever. Mario Kart has been, has always been, the dumbest way to contest anything on this server. You could also just make it that the Cothee has to zone in on spawn before COTH.

The only real answer to anything in p99 in 2020, almost 2021 is rotation. A very generous rotation, that still allowed a lot of competition, was put out there, and somehow vetoed by two guilds, that really should be considered one, since Freedom has essentially never killed any mobs on their own.

Actually, if you knew anything, my counter was to remove the ridiculously high number of in Riots "rotation" proposal. Something like 3 or 5 for all mobs. So, Riot is the only guild holding you back from getting 12+ of any and every mob per year.
