NPC Spawn Issue: Hollish Tnoops

Hollish Tnoops in West Freeport at -184, 101 is just walking in place next to the wall.

I think up until kunark.. he did exactly that.

I'm honestly not sure if his pathing was ever fixed, but I know he spent most of his classic time humping that wall at the entrance.

Anyone else remember Tnoops?
