The few big fights that we had once xp loss was lifted, i remember a huge one in emerald jungle i think, the fights over dragons when i was in red dawn, the fights around KC were the memorable moments i remember pvp-wise which sirken made sure were short-lived by nerfing xp and practically crippling the server's population irreparably.

Trolling that 60 year old mod in ooc or something like a new sub teacher entering class naively thinking she was going to rein in that gang of derelicts, never suspecting what she was up against, when they tried to impose some sort of ill-advised control on ooc.

I was OOM, and I saw him casting shock of lightning, probably woulda been interrupted a millisecond later.

Those type of fights are the reason R99 is/was fun.

The new version of vBulletin is a total piece of shit so hopefully P99 staff have this well protected so it doesn't get nuked during some ransomware hack or something.

Handful of vBulletin boards I frequent have been destroyed. Its worse when they start up using current software that is INSANELY slow and worse in every conceivable way.
