Technically, it is. There was a Sirken podcast where he talked about it. Counting all tagged members, Kittens was by far the largest. What that doesn't take into account is how many are still active. That was also like 3 years ago, but I doubt any other guilds would have passed up those numbers since then.

Kittens /who was about 60 for our ring war and dain kill the other day. Vanq/Riot fielding well over 120 most kills.
