Angry Chardok glitchy movement (mouse AND keyboard)

So in chardok on 1 character... I randomly turn anywhere from 30 to 180 degrees when moving... if I stand still, no movements - I'm good... If I move forward or backwards.... I'm good.... as soon as I use either the mouse, or keyboard to move left to right, there's a pretty good chance I'm going to do a sudden 180 degrees or more.

I have turned down spell effects, no change. I have turned OFF spell effects, no change. I am NOT playing on a potato (oc'd AMD to 4.2Ghz, Nvidia 970 OC'd as well, 16 GB RAM)...

And I repeat this only happens on ONE of my characters! No other characters have issues in this zone. Could this be a file/cache issue? something like that?

Thank you!

I'd backup and then delete your character files in your eq folder. If it really is just one character that really should be the only difference. I suppose there could be some weird server state on that char causing the issue but I would assume it's on your end first

Well, I don't understand why... but something in my character.ini does seem to have been the culprit here. Renamed, restarted... added sneak/hide.... no more glitchy turns in Chardok... how weird is that.
