The leggings dropped from a GM event early in the server's lifecycle. Unsure how many exist on the server. I don't have a ranger so they went onto a mule in NFP and have never seen the light of day. Looking for solid offers on these as the stats are actually pretty decent for a Ranger Twink, and a very limited item.
