if you're 5'10" you're not included in the group called "men". You're a manlet.
tell Mike Tyson that

see normies like you have no idea how to fight, or how to size up an opponent

you just think Mike Tyson was a strong dude who was bullying people

in reality he was 5'10" making guys who were 6'5"+ run, not just once, but consistently throughout all of his fights.

6 foot 3, 215. I'd need to get under about 200 to be within "normal" range according to the linked chart, which seems about right*. Used to hover right around there for many years then put on about ~10-15 pounds or so when I was laid up with clot issues awhile back (I don't wish that on anyone--it sucks) and haven't lost it yet due to winter. Wife is 5 foot 7 and she'd-axe-murder-me-if-I-posted-her-weight which I find silly/annoying because I want to since she's slim and ought to be proud.

*Right for me, at least, but then I'm just a regular middle-age dude who's in pretty decent shape. The chart probably doesn't apply to the large population of hobbyist bodybuilders on the board here.

Not bad Tuna bro. You'd probably look amazing if you lost like 12ish pounds. Proud of you

Anorexia is a serious health problem. Wishing you well. 18.5 isn't healthy.

Passing pro-tip since you probably need it more than me: hips are made of fat. How's that inverted triangle figure treating you? Mine are even with my shoulders.
