Friend needs him for Soulfire but he never seems to be up. I guess people farm him for the complete heal clicky. Problem is, he will never acquire his quest piece at this rate.

Anyone know of his spawn time or willing to help with this matter? Will pay someone a reasonable rate for his spawn time or assistance.

For months he was showing up on Sunday nights (9ish pm PST); I've no idea if that's the case or not anymore though.

As of about a month ago when I killed him he was on Sundays around noon cst. I'd start there and maybe add a few hours for window.
