Default Strange invisible player bug?

The other day in Unrest a player was invisible to me without see invis, but had an active pet. When I cast see invis I could see they were casting spells and other actions without invis breaking.

Yesterday in The Feerrott, a ranger invis'd me to zone into Oggok to rez him. When I zoned in and rezzed him he could not see me. I wonder if it is the same bug.

It happens from time to time. Just have to log out and log back in.

Sometimes this happens on red and you can be killed by a player you can't even see hitting you. Then suddenly you'll be slain by an unseen hand.

I have this happen to me a few times. From what I can see is, it happens when two player finished loading into a zone at EXACTLY the same time. They can send tells to each other but cannot see or target the other player. If they are grouped, the other person will appear to be not in zone. However you can still port them as part of your group and once you loaded to the new zone, the bug will fix itself.
