Hail! Newbie here

Hi everyone! Just wanted to stop in and say hi! I started playing about a week ago after seeing some P99 videos on youtube. Rolled a halfling druid and just got to lvl 6 last night. I'm Tolkki on Green!

I'd never actually played EQ prior to P99 so it's been a bit of a learning curve to say the least. I still feel like I barely know anything but it's been a great time regardless. EQ has a real charm to it that's kept me hooked!

One thing that's been cool is all the stories and experiences people have had in the game, especially during the original P99 run. If you've got any fun memories I'd love to hear them!

It's not super common but I was also a newbie when I started on p99. My main experience of the game prior to that was watching my friend play back in the day and I guess it stuck with me. There are newer games that do a lot of things better, but EQ definitely offers something unique that keeps people playing after so many years.
