How do forum petitions work?

I know or was told IP exemptions are done in chunks, and oldest posts are done first.

Bumping sends your post to the back of the line as well, but what about reimbursements and things of that nature are they also done in chunks?

What does it mean when your post has views but isn't answer/moved to resolved, does that mean it's being worked on or something?

I think a wild Sirken needs to appear for reimbursements, which probably means they get done in blocks when he's available and has time.

I've got a petition queued at the moment that's been there for 9 days (11 views, most aren't me), its not a reimbursement this time... but I did wait a week or so for an accidental delete on a vindi BP in early Velious, same graphic as my planar BP and I got confused and nuked the wrong one (doh).

Do him a favor and don't have a full inventory, better still have one of your 8 main slots empty when you log out so you see it when you log in ^^

The best way to petition on the red server if it's time sensitive is to log into blue and petition there <3

Fit the "red thread" meta quite nicely, so it became a screenshot I posted.

Ask Nine or some of the other Sanctuary guys (who were raiding at the time) if they spoke to a "Mimsy" (my shaman) in tells earlier. Maybe that'll put your mind at ease and you can continue posting on your main account without having to resort to this "aside".
