Got into Zurich and had a nice walk around town. Happy to see mountains in the distance again. Stumbled across a beer tent festival with traditional brass bands playing and had probabaly one or two too many. No ragrets!

I’m more than halfway to the shire on the LOTR online challenge

Every mile ran painstakingly logged on Runkeeper app and submitted in the pic section of “Post new mileage”. The app doesn’t care that you actually prove you did anything, however. I could post that I ran the 145 miles to The Shire in 3 minutes and they would say grats and send me my medal

I’m one of the few actually running to Mordor, based on who else I’ve seen on the app with me. I’m thinking “I’ve seen your profile pic, 68yr old Nancy from North Carolina…no offense but there’s no way your old fat ass isn’t lying about running those miles”

Flying first class to Hawaii tomorrow. I swear if any of those peasants in coach look at me, I’ll have them thrown off the plane
