how to get titanium everquest?

I know I should buy a copy. Anyone that could help, message me, my computer went to crap a month ago, been too busy and decided I'm gonna hop back on, but am on a different computer. But having trouble getting eq titanium. Any help would be great, hoping to logon tonight.
