Default Hooded Black Cloak, Gone?
Does hooded black cloak still drop off of a cloaked dhampyre in Mistmoore? I camped it for days probably 30+ dhampyre's no cloak. Wondering if it is bugged or something?

Was deemed racist. Renamed to a hooded dark cloak and moved to another mob.

It does. I recently spent 2 weeks camping that place and picked up 3 cloaks.

Last time I was in MM killing Dhamp it dropped twice in 3 appearances, never knew it was this rare.

How the fuck is hbc relevant to any of you on a basically open server with little to no commitment to get to level 50. Are you all reading andian guide again? Spoiler the guy was bad at this game.

nvm it finally dropped. Guess some bad luck or they made it super rare. I am playing from scratch and collecting all my own gear. So HBC super uber.
