Green Server: Missing Characters

It's a hit or miss when it comes to logging on and choosing the green server. 2-3 chances out of 5 times of logging on, will it show empty slots to be filled with a new character.

i have to relog several times. On other times, after finally seeing my characters and choosing one, it would freeze. So I would have to exit and relog again.

Can anyone also pinpoint me to the thread of how to install nparse? Thanks!
