Spells: Should spells cast from items be automatically interrupted if you take damage/move?

I'm pretty sure you never got a channeling check when using them up until at least the kunark period and anything that would normally cause a channeling check would instead just interrupt the item use. The casting bar would run the full duration for the item even it it was interrupted as well. It's possible they changed something post velious that I'm not aware of.

Now i only have specific memories regarding this related to pumice stones. I had tons of pumice stones on all my rallos zek characters and all of the characters I played on RZ had the channeling skill.

Pumice was nerfed from being instant cast to having a cast time a couple months after the release the RZ server. Now it's possible this item, which was changed for PvP balance primarily, was specially flagged to be interrupted whenever you'd normally get a concentration check, but I highly doubt it. I'm pretty sure all items should get interrupted and not get any channeling check.
