New install won't patch / No expansions owned
Played on a WinXP system a few years ago, but now with Win10 and I've reinstalled from scratch. Still have EQEmu account.
Despite viewing all technical info and help sections, and following every install direction very carefully, I cannot get the game to patch from Launch Titanium, or from EQGAME.exe (EQGame gives me an Unable to connect message) and both allow me to "login" but after name/pw I get "I have 0 expansions" and no server list. Any help would be very very welcomed!

What are you patching? There is no patching for p99.
You download new p99 version and un zip into your eq folder (deleting specified files) then either open with the .bat file or use something like wineq

That or just copy the folder from your XP box to your new W10 system. I've dragged the same folder across 3 OS's. You still need to get the new v46 files though:

"Patch" was for a Patcher update. One of the things I saw linked in the How To section of troubleshooting....
Step 5 (below) I cannot seem to complete... Step 1 - Create a Forum Account You have successfully created and verified a forum account. Step 2 - Account Links You have linked an EQEmulator account to your Project 1999 account. Step 3 - Account Security You have successfully linked an SMS number to your account. Step 4 - Loginserver Account You have successfully created Loginserver Account(s). Step 5 - Game Setup This section not completed yet. Please visit this thread to set up the game client. The Launch Titanium will get me to the logon screen, but no server is listed and I'm shown to have "0 of 0 expansions". Ive loaded all fron the actual Titanium disks, and made the updates as called for. Path directories from the Launcher are also correct. I can access my Project 1999 and EQEmulatot accouints just fine.

This Starting guide is the official one for P99.
I am not sure what your steps are from, perhaps a different eqemu? It quite literally states DO NOT PATCH EVERQUEST in the step-by-step guide.

Yes, this is the very guide I followed. No patching of any kind occurred. I even performed a clean re-install. Somehow the launcher just doesn't recognize that I have the game files I'm deducing based on the "0 of 0 expansions". Still don't know why I don't even see a server list when I logon.
I have Eqemulator account from years ago, tho I know it is no longer required. Whether I have Eqemu or not, I should be able to just use the Launch Platinum, yes?

Did you edit your EQHost.txt file to contain:
[LoginServer] Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998 ? and are you wired or wireless? if wireless have you tried a wired connection?

Yes, the EQHost.txt file was included in the http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files46.zip
and does display correctly when examined. I am running wired connection only. Will re-linking EQEmu and Project 99 account accomplish anything? My list of steps to install shows them as linked, but since I've had to reset PW's, perhaps I need to re-link? Last thing I could think of is Loginserver account. This is the same as my EQEmulator login and PW, yes? If not, then I'm using the wrong login info and that might possibly explain why I don't see any servers available or any expansions listed...

Sounds like a connection issue more than an account issue, do you have another method to connect you can try to test? Tethered cell phone or a VPN?
