Confirmed that spell vendor in WL is in game.

However, the vendor in EC is still not present. Just checked.
Neither is the new vendor in the Kelethin druid guild, if that one is also planned.

Snare root stacks. Spell vendor in SS, and Hybrid xp is gone

Hybrid was tested by Meaners. And we just tested root/snare in EC so ha":your wrong" suck on my salty choc.

druid track still isnt fixed though sadly.
JC recipes in game, and Summon corpse is now usuable by SK lvl 51. Will be checking Wu's armor soon

At this point this has to be a deliberate troll on the devs' part: they couldn't have "just forgotten" this many times in a row.

We still REALLY need a reboot to fix a lot of the issues that require an actual restart of the zones to work. Issues that have been piling up for months.

Except you are wrong because you said EC vendor was in and it is not.
