My American Keto. I know, I burned my chicken sausage. Not real happy about that. This is only my second meal today. I haven’t been really hungry on this diet. I feel like I need to force myself to eat. I just put in a good 2 hour workout so I could definitely use it.

I never impose diets on anyone. If you want to eat Taco Bell 3 meals a day, be my guest. I will occasionally share what I’m currently doing and try to aid anyone who wants it. All of this info is attainable with a little research. Plus, it only benefits you to do your own research instead of taking the word of some random asshole on the Internet such as myself.

Wow, so drinking a lot of alcohol the day before, then working out the day of a fast is fucking crazy on a starvation diet that really works over the liver. FYI there's a huge limitation to fasting.

My liver is literally on fire right now.
