Caesar was a reformer. He recognized term limits and turnover were the reason for stagnation. He fixed the system, Rome prospered, and rich people got mad their slice of influence got smaller.

idk if history repeats itself, but I can definitely say the morans of today are just as crazy as the morans 2000 years ago.

ppl (the 99%) will continue to ask for real change, as they did in Rome. someone will eventually promise change and do their best to deliver on it.

Of course, as we know with JFK, there are safeguards in place.
