Time to disable raid targets on Blue

Yes, even epic weapon raid boss targets.

Back in the before times, in the long long ago, one of the purple named folks strait up threatened to release Velious without raid targets. Its been like 10 or 11 years of project1999 and people know the rules, still break the rules and do not care about the rules.

Lets see what life is like without raid targets.

Oh and dont pretend that the casual guilds wont get lich king crowned'ed by having all that loot
