Stanos Herkanor Eating Parchments?
Stanos Herkanor in Highpass just ate my stained parchment top and stained parchment bottom. He said nothing after the turn in and despawned a few minutes later. He is supposed accept these two items and return a combined parchment. Can anyone confirm this is broken or if I did something wrong?

Stanos worked for me, i simply spawned him and shoved the 2 parts into this trade window and hit trade, not sure the order, did not go through the quest dialog. He worked fine for me and the 4 rogues who have completed this quest since then. I would think you may have faction issues.
I do not believe the order of the turn in matters as i turned the milk out of order in the next step of the quest. Another issue regarding Stanos is as follows: He is a warrior not a rogue like he should be (he kicks and will not backstab) He hits for 200, not the 550 he should He does not drop his head after may kills. He has no faction when killed. HP Seams low for a lvl 65. We killed him with 3 groups and our tank did not need a heal, he should be much tougher for a red con at 60. http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=15970 Additional issues with ragebringer quest: Book of shadows is now a 5 min spawn, should be 10.5 hours. After you turn in the 2 notes to stanos he gives you a "stained parchment" info seems to indicate should be "combined parchment" Undead in kitch forest should despawn in the day and then respawn at night. Not sure how its working now but they seem to spawn on a diff timer.
