NPC Spawn Issue: Missing an Lfay NPC

You didn't list a source, did a quick zam page and seems legit as of earlier in timeline (early Jun 2001?), but there are various mentions of him being removed like he was a GM event or something as early as mid july 2001.

Not sure which event that was, I know there was the corrupting of that unicorn, inny/CT think in LFay.

I know there were various 'server timeline' events implemented, didn't play back then so not sure if this was implemented.

I started writing a snarky reply but what's the point. Stripping the humor from this then if you go look you can see the methodology of the implementation of Bertoxx' Plague. Compare it to the introduction of the corrupted version of said unicorn in last patch. Pair this with an anonymous dev's penchant for recreating these events in fine detail. However that patch was a very long time ago and more pressing things may have put it on ice. I'm just hoping not.

Also many people may be unaware of why they are getting massacred by a very angry unicorn no harm shedding some light! It's Innoruuk. It's always Innoruuk.

Now excuse me I have a Qeynos Investigator test to fail.
