Default IP temp blocked.

I keep getting a temp block on my IP address, and the household has already applied to have multi accounts on the same IP. I can't figure out the issue.

My brother and friend are in the same boat. They have an IP exemption since they live together and now seem to have had their IP blocked. They can neither access the Project 1999 or EQEmu website nor the P1999 EQ server. Unfortunately they are also in a more rural area without neighboring wifi and can't simply hop onto another network. We all played together a few weeks ago without problem, but something changed between then and now.

That said, I've put in a petition on their behalf (since they can't access anything), but haven't heard anything yet. I'm just glad we're not alone, as much as I hate to say it. Hopefully there is some kind of official word soon.

Are you all on the same provider and/or in the same area? Maybe its a wider IP block rather than down to individual changes.

Washington state (south east), and I believe their ISP is Charter. The odd thing is that when they do a trace route their request makes it out of the local area, but times out just before the Project 1999 server.
