Default "You have been disconnected"

Over the past couple of weeks I've frequently been experiencing the "You have been disconnected" black screen while playing (not while zoning). After 5-10 seconds I get booted back to the character selection screen. From there, I can immediately log back in on the same character, so it's not a full LD. It seems to happen only once about 10-15 minutes into a play session. After I log back in I'm good to go and can play for several hours without it happening again. It's really painful when it occurs in the middle of a fight though. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Don't even know what a macro quest program is, and no boxing here. But thanks for the constructive help with my issue.

I just noticed the sticky asking for OS/computer specs when making a post. I play on a 2013 MacBook Air in OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 via a Wineskin Winery wrapper and use ATT U-verse as ISP.
