Issues with Improved Superior Camouflage

So, I can't find it anywhere, and I've always just accepted it, but why does Improved Superior Camouflage break randomly even though it's supposed to have a fixed duration?

I've never had this happen, personally. Can you give some "for instance" cases? Is it happening when you are just standing still?

I wonder if this is linked with all the reports I hear about sneak breaking for no reason.

Happened the other day in Kedge, while moving which prompted the complaint this time since it got a friend killed who tried to save me.

I'll do some experiments with logging on one night, but I remember it happening back in the day on Live as well until Luclin dropped

Never had it happen to me. Wonder if friend might have accidentally hit an action or spell while moving and not realizing it?
