True, but its not yet on his completed list, unlike other items that have already changed such as terror forged mask.

Ragebringer - 2 weeks after Epics (October00)
Bixie Sword Blade - Epic Revamps
Incarnadine Breastplate - Epic Revamps
Singing Steel Boots - Epic Revamps
Singing Steel Greaves - Epic Revamps

Fixed, pending update. Updated OP.

Note for dates which have yet to come (Epic Revamps), these items will automagically work. This will save time in the future of having to wait for a patch.

The twig doesnt get changed. It just stops dropping and i believe the branch is suppose to drop now which is the 2hb version.

Shit, I'm usually on top of my game, but I don't remember this one. Seems like a solid candidate for the "things that are classic that should not be implemented here" list.

Wavecrasher should probably have the 20% slow at Velious release.

As soon as this was figured out and actually used on Live (not many people did SG in the early months of Velious, Wavecrasher was rare also) it was nerfed.

Having an unresistable 70% slow procable by 6 different classes is pretty overpowering.

Anything that is not immune to Magic in Velious would be trivial once the first slow has landed.

Fixed "Breath of the Sea". It was mistakenly set to be unresistable.

Just putting that out there for future reference.

we are here to keep things classic, or so everyone claims

so I would assume that it will be 70% slow until the appropriate time to nerf the item

Will it trivialize some content? Yes, but it is classic.

The twig doesn't get changed to 2hb version, it gets changed to Secondary only and its also retro-active nerf. I remember the first one going for 100k to some moron, then a week later it was about 10k when people realized that it gets retro'd.

Classic within reason.

Theres a list of things like Wavecrasher and pet aggro that are just too retarded to leave in.

Wavecrashers aren't very rare. People just avoided sirens due to the whole water, cleric mobs in water, enchanter mobs piled together, etc.

As strictly classic as this server is, it still embraces the rare situation where we know with 100% certainty what the devs meant at the time and exactly what they would have done had they known of the situation.

This is one of those rare times. Wavecrasher was broken due to a typo in the spell data, the devs fixed it as soon as they became aware, and the situation demonstrates the intent of the developers to have never allowed the original proc in the first place.

Allowing the original slow would be the same as recreating that time people could forage dropped loot in any zone. There's a reason they rolled the servers back 5 hours that Saturday, and a reason WC's slow got nerfed.
