Quest Issue: Mandala sketch not spawning for Spirit of Gazicor

I am doing the spirit of gazicor quest, all the other stuff is working, but the Mandala sketch is not in HS on the table. I was there for a long time so no one was there before me. This is on green

Nope, suppose to be 40 min timer at most and i was there longer, plus someone else tried another time

Unfortunately there is a current issue which prevents new ground spawns to become active until the zone is brought down and reloaded.

This item should be spawning since the month is now correct, but the server will need to come down, or the zone will need to be rebooted.

Mandala sketch still hasn't spawned from what I can tell.

If there was a server shutdown and restart yesterday, this should now be working.

I can confirm that it now spawns correctly.
