item/spell name preview on mouse rollover

up until my last login i was able to hover my mouse over items/spells/etc. and the title preview would appear. now I have to right click every time. I can't find any setting for this and don't remember changing anything. can anyone tell me what happened?

Reboot your computer (not shutdown / power on).

For some reason, it being negative stops item hover text from working. If you reboot it resets the counter and item hovers should reappear. Alternatively, wait another 24.86 days and it'll fix itself.
