Default Wizard swimming cap

According to the wiki: http://wiki.project1999.com/Wizard#Miscellaneous_Skills

The swimming cap should be 75 for wizards until level 50, however my wizard have 78 swimming-skill at level 15.

is the wiki incorrect or is that a bug?
I notice other casters have a swimming cap of 200 before level 50 according to the wiki...

All players should have a 200 cap that is attainable at any level. The wiki has an incorrect value for Wizards. Probably someone copy and pasting things.

From my experiences, it appears the swimming skill is level based -

((level * 5) + 5)

Also, I remember reading that Iksar characters start with and are locked at skill 100 until level 21 when they can then advance five more points. Thus how I envision the formula above.

No that's only Sense Heading.

Swimming is capped at ((level * 5) + 5) like axlrose said.
